Terms and Conditions

Resin miniatures

Our miniatures are cast from Resin and are not for Children under 14 years of age. Depending on the model they might need assembly and most models will require a little cleaning up a bit with a craft knife, scalpel or file. Care must be taken when doing this. Please wear a dust mask when sanding down resin. Items should not be consumed or placed in mouth.

Metal Miniatures

Metal miniatures are cast in white metal which does contain lead and care should be taken while handling them. Care must be taken whilst working on figures with any tools. For this reason our figures are not suitable for children under the age of 14. Our Figures are not toys and should not be placed in mouth or consumed.

Shipping

We aim to ship within two days of your receiving your order, if in stock. A range of postage options are available. All our standard UK shipping is done via First Class post Royal Mail.  Alternatively for large orders, or for added security we would recommend using a signed for/insured service. International postage rates can be added at checkout.

Payment

We currently only accept payment via Paypal. Under special circumstances we will accept payment via cheques (UK only) if you email us, but cheque will have to clear before items can be sent. We only accept payments in UK Pounds Stirling.

Order Issues/Contact

In the unlikely event there are any issues or problems with your order please, in the first instance email us or use the contact form here to get in touch….alternatively you can contact us here.

Email allows us to check up on your order details and give you a thorough reply, please provide all relevant details, name address order number etc, it will all help to solve your problem quicker. We aim to reply to enquiries as soon as we possibly can, response time may vary during peak times, this may not be as quickly as we would like, but please remember customer happiness is paramount to us, we will respond as quickly as time allows.

Privacy

We will store a copy of all orders received. We will not pass your details onto anybody else

Distance Selling Regulations

We adhere to the UK & EU Distance Selling Regulations. If you contact us within 7 days of receiving goods from us you can return them at your cost for a refund.
